For National Care Leavers Week 2022 our team have caught up with young people and leaving care teams who are using the Care Leavers App.

Our chat today was with care experienced young people from Hull and the team at Hull City Council. We spoke about the challenges young people face, especially during a cost of living crisis and how the Care Leavers App is helping the council support them.
