As part of our ongoing series for National Care Leavers Week 2022 our team have caught up with young people and leaving care teams who are using the Care Leavers App.

It was great to catch up with Cllr Mark Hunter and GMCA's Stewart Tod for this session on the same day that GMCA launch their Bee Connected App. We also discussed GM's Care Leaver Guarantee which includes a number of pledges for care experienced young people throughout Greater Manchester.
