For National Care Leavers Week 2022 our team have caught up with young people and leaving care teams who are using the Care Leavers App.

Our chat today was with care experienced young people from Nottingham and the team at Nottinghamshire County Council. We spoke about the challenges young people face when they move into independent living and how the App can help support them.
