The Care Leavers App is a project from focusgov, a digital agency who have been working with the public sector since 2011.

focusgov create innovative digital solutions to help improve social care. We work with over twenty five local authorities across the UK, building tech for leaving care teams, looked after children, early help, families with disabled children and social prescribing.

2021 has seen the team working on a unique digital day service community platform for Hartlepool Borough Council, an online jobs board for social care and a bespoke survey tool for looked after children.

We are ISO9001, ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials certified and an approved CoCo recipient for Ofsted childcare provider data.
