The Care Leavers App helps local authorities support care experienced young people.
It is already being used by over 40 leaving care teams across the UK to ensure that care leavers have access to the information and advice they need - on their own devices, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and in multiple languages.
Co-production is key to every app we build: young people help us design, brand and name their own app which is customised to their own local authority. No two apps are the same.
The Care Leavers App helps reduce PA workload, so that time can be spent strengthening the relationship between young people and their local authority.

The Care Leavers App helps local authorities stay engaged with their young people through surveys, secure messaging and an interactive community platform where important files, such as Pathway Plans and meeting minutes, can be securely shared with individuals.
Young people can access hundreds of articles on mental health and wellbeing through the Mental Health Hub, developed in partnership with The Mix, the UK’s leading digital charity for 16 to 25 year olds.
There is also a Budget Planner for simple financial planning and a dedicated section for promoting discounts and offers to help care experienced young people save money.
The Care Leavers App is available for both iOS and Android.
The App meets ISO9001, ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials standards and also complies with the ICO's Age Appropriate Design Code.
